Consent to Personal Data Processing
This consent is separate from the Terms of Use. It is specific, informed and active consent to personal data processing for the purposes of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. It is expressed through a dedicated active checkbox and recorded with the document version, timestamp, source, IP address and device information.
1. Scope of Consent
This consent applies to soulmateapp.ru, the profile area, authentication flows, contact forms, the data deletion page and the Soulmate app.
2. Data That May Be Processed
- phone number and email;
- name, birth date, gender, profile photo and other account data;
- device, browser, session and IP data;
- profile data, interests, reactions, messages, reports and blocks;
- support messages, reports, data deletion requests and other user communications.
3. Purposes of Processing
- registration and user authentication;
- access to website and app functionality;
- performance of the user agreement and handling of requests;
- safety, fraud prevention and abuse mitigation;
- processing of account deletion, data deletion and consent withdrawal requests.
4. Actions with Data
The user consents to collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to processors, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data to the extent required for Soulmate to operate. Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed, including transmission over the Internet.
5. Processors and Transfers
Data may be shared with processors listed in the Privacy Policy to provide selected functions: Russian hosting providers, authentication and messaging services, payment platforms, the push provider and AI providers. AppsFlyer and Crashlytics analytics requires a separate optional consent and is not enabled by this checkbox automatically.
6. Duration of Consent
Consent remains valid until processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the user, unless a longer period is required by law or safety review obligations.
This consent is not a consent to public dissemination of personal data made available for dissemination by the data subject. Profile visibility is governed by the service settings and product logic.
7. How to Withdraw Consent
Consent may be withdrawn through the website data deletion page, by sending a request to privacy@slmt.app, or by using available account deletion tools. If the withdrawal also concerns account deletion and related data, a request may also be sent to support@slmt.app.
Requests to stop personal data processing are reviewed within 10 business days. Where an additional verification is objectively required, the period may be extended by up to 5 business days with a reasoned notice to the user.
