Account and Data Deletion Policy
This page explains how users of soulmateapp.ru, the profile area and the Soulmate app can delete an account, erase personal data, and withdraw consent to processing.
1. Right to Delete Data
Users may request deletion of personal data at any time. Once deletion is confirmed, the profile and related personal data are removed from active systems and are no longer visible to other users.
2. Deletion Through the App
The recommended method is to open the Soulmate app, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm deletion using the on-screen flow.
3. Deletion Through the Website
If the user no longer has account access or prefers a manual request, they may use the form below on soulmateapp.ru. The request enters administrative processing and is used to identify the account, delete data and withdraw consent where applicable.
- provide phone, email or account ID if known;
- choose whether you request account deletion, consent withdrawal, or both;
- add any information that helps us identify the account securely.

4. Deletion by Email
If the user cannot use the app or the website form, an alternative request may be sent to support@slmt.app. Recommended subject: Account Deletion Request.
5. Deletion Timelines
- in-app deletion removes active data without undue delay; manual requests are processed within 30 days after account ownership is verified;
- if the request is a consent withdrawal or a request to stop processing, it is reviewed within 10 business days; where necessary, the period may be extended by up to 5 business days with a reasoned notice to the user;
- backups and technical logs: within 90 days as part of the system cycle;
- safety and legal records: only where necessary for investigations or legal obligations.
6. What Is Deleted
We delete profile and contact data, settings, device tokens, subscription and related product records, photos and local attachments, outgoing messages and user membership in both chat systems. Messages received from other users are detached from the deleted account. Consent records are de-identified, and only a technical destruction record remains without name, phone, email or profile content.
7. Data We May Retain Temporarily
In cases involving fraud, abuse, safety rule violations, threats or other serious incidents, Soulmate may temporarily retain limited records required to protect users and comply with law.
